At first, we discuss the commission and agree on the subject and price. For me, Discord is the most convenient platform (username srifez).

Once we’ve agreed on the commission, I will write and send an invoice.

Payment is required in two parts - half upfront to be added to the queue, and the rest after sketch/before I send over the final files.

I strongly prefer Wise transfer, however, other payment methods are possible but may include currency conversion fees.

If the waiting list is longer, I will notify the client about a week before I’m ready to start their piece to ensure there’s enough time to gather any missing information or references.

I will first create a sketch or multiple sketches and proceed to the next step only after the client’s approval.

I believe that collaboration leads to the best results, so I prefer to stay in regular contact - both to update the client on the progress and to discuss details or offer options. Of course, this is optional - I understand that some clients are very busy! :)

I’m happy to make revisions to the sketch until both parties are satisfied. Minor adjustments, such as color changes that do not require redrawing, can be made until completion. However, any changes to previously approved elements will require an additional payment.

The estimated execution time is around 1–4 weeks after I begin working on the piece.

You will receive a PNG file with a longest edge of approximately 3500 pixels for full-body commissions.

If I have to cancel for any reason, I will issue a full refund. However, if the client cancels, any payments already made are non-refundable.
